About Me

Hi! I’m Kara, and I’m a UX Designer and Researcher.

I hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Before I discovered the world of UX, I worked at a community college. I helped students complete financial aid and enrollment steps, which was often done online. It was there that I realized the impact that web and mobile interfaces have on people’s lives, which inspired my current mission to do impactful work in user experience design.
