My Work

Microsoft

I’m currently working as a Product Designer at Microsoft, specializing in UX research and UI design for a variety of products.

GEICO

At GEICO, I was part of a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, project managers, front-end developers, and content writers. We worked with application teams across the company to design intuitive digital experiences for customers.

My primary focus was qualitative usability research, but I also took on UI design and content writing work as needed. My day-to-day consisted of planning and moderating usability tests, conducting analysis, and delivering actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders. I took part in regular peer reviews with my internal UX team, receiving and giving feedback on our work. I also mentored junior team members and interns.

Notable projects I worked on included a re-design of the primary website menu and navigation, and testing content and interactions for a new virtual assistant.

Graduate Work

My graduate work included completing a year-long capstone project, where a small group of students partnered with a local business to deliver design and research. Learn more about our work on a smart home system.

Additional graduate work included an internship, a mobile app concept, and a smart mirror prototype.
